Short answer: yes. WhoLiked? uses the official TikTok login and never sees your password.
The app accesses your liked, reposted and saved videos to power the game. Nothing is posted on your behalf, nothing is public.
Your videos are only visible to the players inside the private game you joined with a PIN. When the game ends, so does their access.
You can delete your account and all data from the settings at any time. Deletion is immediate.
